Hi,

Excuse my ignorance but I am asking for a PIP review/reassessment which I am beginning to prepare for. Just so I know what will be coming my way will it be the AR1 form or PIP2 form, or could be either of the two?

We would expect although there have been exceptions;

If your last Decision was made by the DWP then an AR1 form.

If it was made by a Tribunal then a PIP2.

In either case the case the assessment process is substantially the same and based on the same Descriptors.
