You can look up the size of your property using the EPC criteria. It states the SIZE of your property which you need to know (and the rough time your property was built).
Get this information together before phoning the helpline.
If you know you ARE eligible you can then argue with them.
The information they have isn’t necessarily accurate.
They told me I wasn’t eligible. I knew I was and told them so.
