Hello

Please could you advise me with my current situation.

I am currently employed, but unable to work due to health issues (been off sick from work 2 years) if I was to leave my job, how would this affect my contribution based ESA support group/PIP. (would this be stopped)

Don't worry, neither benefit will be affected, however, I would advise you to get face to face advice before resigning, you may be giving up rights that you may later regret losing.
