HCP Report :- Help in “Mobility”. Active 11

Im coming to the end of syphoning the PA3 report, and I have a question.

Mobility Activity (11.)

Could anyone tell me what “OPD” means? If I knew what that stood for I can have a better understanding of why the HCP included it in the report.

Im a Lifetime suffer of SAD & Agoraphobia, but I don't know what OPD is?

It says “ There is no evidence to suggest OPD and no medications to treat it either reported”.
