Yes, it should be. Speaking as a former CIS Searchlight user. The appointee would have been listed on the DWP CIS application under the Relationships tag ( Legacy and UC ). This CIS entry remains intact. The DWP do make mistakes, thoug! You could phone the UC helpline when they are least busy ( 10 to 12 am and 2 to 3 pm ) and ask the agent to check CIS Searchlight for the appointee entry under " Relationships ".
