Just looking for for advice/guidance please. My husband, who is in receipt of the above, unfortunately lost his mother at Christmas. She owned property, which is currently SSTC. Could someone please advice if he has to declare this money he will receive after the sale to the DWP as it's a little bit confusing. I've read that he doesn't when claiming PIP and CBESA?
