PIP Appeal Won at Tribunal was created by Andie
Hi All

I had my PIP tribunal hearing yesterday (on telephone as i suffer from ptsd and arthritis and breathing difficulties).

I’m glad to say that after checking my online gateway account I was awarded standard daily living (8 points) backdated until March 2022 up until March 2025.

Disappointed I received no points for mobility, however it’s a step in the correct direction.

Many thanks to the forum and the pointers/guidance i picked up over the last year.

Needless to say, i have subscribed another year and look for to any assistance I may offer, or support I may gain from other posts.

Hi Andie

Congratulations on your award, even if it is not quite what you wanted. I would contact the Tribunal Service once you get the official notification to get the 'Statement of Reasons' - which will tell you how the decision was reached. It would help you to know why you received nothing for mobility - which might help when you are next reviewed.
