Hello! Sorry I did post yesterday but
I have a phone assessment on the 20th but I've just received this text this morning from the DWP:

A Health Professional is looking at your PIP claim. They will contact you with an appointment if they need to. You only need to contact us if your circumstances change.

Can anyone advise what this means? I'm very new to this and have dyslexia. Thankyou in advance

This is one of the standard text messages that gets sent out before a claimant receives the appointment. In your case, it has come afterwards. Unfortunately, this does sometimes happen. You have your appointment on the 20th of this month, so this text isn't relevant.
