Hi queenmalka

At present I believe that DLA claimants request to apply for PIP has been suspended, when DWP re-starts the process it will be in B&W news letter, I believe it will be after 2025 but not exactly sure of the date.

Hi Gary,
does that mean that people on indefinite awards of DLA will not be asked to transfer to PIP?

q

At the time of writing, there have been no changes to the DLA to PIP transfer legislation in regard to the claimant cut-off date, as it stands if you were under the age of 65 on 8 April 2013 then you will still be transferred to PIP.

Hi,
So will wait until we know when the transfer of DLA indefinite awards people will re-commence?
