I know that you don't deal with IIDB on here ,but my query can also be relevant to any appeal. Do you have to accept the location that you have been given for where your appeal takes place as I have a forthcoming IIDB appeal on 10th May which only came through on 25th April,so not a huge ammount of notice, and the location for the appeal is in Liverpool. When I have previously gone to appeal for ESA quite a number of years ago my appeal was in Chester which is considerably closer for me than Liverpool. Can I ask for the location to be changed to Chester as that's a lot easier for me to get to or do I have to just accept the appeal will have to take place in Liverpool, or do different locations only deal with specific types of appeal?
