As I haven't heard back from Esa review after 9 months, Do you think I ought to get in touch with dwp or will.it make it worse, that it may go against me

Hi Andi66

It won't go against you but there is a large backlog, at present the DWP are concentrating on new claims.

If you are worried, I would contact them to put your mind at ease, if you are still receiving payment then you should be ok.

Yes I'm still getting payments, it's just with esa being brought forward to UC. That I'm anxious about . Hoping I be put in the right category, as my health is worse since my last claim
