Hello i need some advice regarding ESA.
Ive been in the support group for 3 years or so now. I had a reassessment, phone call assessment, back at the end of august. Im still getting the support group payments but i havent heard anything, no letters, so I called the people who did my assessment. They said they dont know why I havent heard anything and they cant help me, I need to contact ESA people. I contacted them and went through phone options and ended up with an automated voice that said if Ive had my assessment that my award will carry on as usual, i couldnt find a person to talk to. Im at a loss and dont know what this means. I feel so anxious.
