Another update-had MR decision yesterday. They have given me back my enhanced daily living, but kept my mobility the same. So essentially im back where i started when i first put my change of circs in.
Timeline of events so far
1. I hade enhance dl (14 pts) and standard mobility (8pts)
2.Aprip 24 i put in change of circs as my condition had worsened mainly affecting mobility
3. October 24 telephone assessment
4.November 24 award reduced to standard DL 8 pts and mobility stayed the same
MR sent in
5 complaint to serco about abysmal assessment report and blatant lies from hp.
6complaint upheld and assessment report changes sent to dwp
7. Sent letter to escalate complaint as not all my concerns were addressed-mainly they ignored the lies about my walking ability
8 MR puts my award back to what it was when i put in my coc review
Now onto appeal as my mobility changes which is what my original review request was for have been ignored
At least in the meant time i get back the £149 per month they took away last November...and im confident ill win my appeal...whenever that may be...ill be back with any further updates

Hi Astee,
I'm glad that your complaint has at least been partially upheld, and the original award is reawarded. Make sure when you actually appeal you make it clear that you ate not seeking to appeal the daily living award. I know it sounds obvious but ...!
Enclose a copy of the complaint with the appeal.
Good luck and yes onwards and upwards....

UPDATE!
I lodged my appeal against my MR in March
The DWP were given until March 29th to respond within this time i uploaded a recording of my full assessmnet to HMCTS and they contacted mebto say if the pip asseasor knew i was recording and why i thoight this evidence should be allowed-so i explained it was recored covertly as is my right and said its important because what the HP wrote and there fore what was used in evidence was not what actually transpired in the call-the dwp did not respond within the tineframe
On April 16th I emailed HMCTS to ask for an update-no response today 28/4/25 almost a year to the day after submitting my COC I get a text from DWP at 9.15am saying they are going to call me at 10 am-45 mins isn't a lot of notice! Anyway, I had a chat with a decision maker who gave a long speech about how my case had been handled badly and my assessment call was a farce and was very apologetic and awarded me enhanced mobility on the spot
I sent no new evidence at any point other than a transcript of the telephone assessment showing what I actually said comapred to what was said on my assessment report
I imagine hmcts gave the dwp a copy of the call and questioned if they really wanted to argue this in court at which point they promptly called gave me everything I asked for a begged me to go away
I hope this gives others some motivation to continue with the fight
I had my award reduced from enhanced to standard rate DL with standard mobility at first decision,
put back to where I started after MR and a complaint enhanced dl standard mob
And increase to enhanced mobility enhanced dl after a phone call before appeal
Claim to end time 13 months, not going toasty it was easy, but look where I would have been if I gave up!
Keep pushing guys, ask for help if you need it and thanks to everyone here for all your support a always
Now onto my daughters appeal where they stated the dyslexic child with adhd and autism has no issues reading can pay attention perfectly well and has no issues with communication-also stating she had no learning support despite having an ehcp -onwards we push!!!

Hi Astee
Many, many congratulations. Thank you for taking the time to share your success and offer hope to others through your experience. Well done for sticking with it, through all the twists and turns. You have shown the importance of having a recording. Without it, they probably wouldn't have taken your word for it.
Enjoy your victory!
