My previous PIP assessment was F2F and was recorded. My next assessment will be a telephone assessment, how will I get that recorded?
Can they do it?

Hi,
If you have access to another mobile phone - you can use the loudspeaker function, and record on the other mobile.

I use an iPhone and you have an icon top left of screen during call which allows you to record the call.

You can ask for the assessor to record it - though an assessor may refuse and say they will have to rebook your assessment. Even if the assessor records the assessment, we still advise claimants to record as well, as the assessment services are notorious for claiming something has gone wrong with the recording.
