Should work coach ask for proof of health conditions during online claims migration process, lifelong condition all provided many times before as part of original claims.

Tribunal previously stated indefinite award, no further assessment.

Some of the UC migration process looks like it's verging on crossing the line from migration to review?

Does anyone else sense that.

I feel most claimant's have had such bad experiences at the hands of DWP many times before it's bound to be a trigger for PTSD if not actually a secondary effect on health.

My view is that this process can hardly have been given much consideration and must be following a path of least resistance in terms of data and software.

It is most certainly not about the most appropriate way to help vulnerable adults. But then it's not about helping vulnerable disabled people.

It's about saving money therefore a painfully clumsy system that harms the claimant rather than helps is irrelevant.
