Need advice if possible

Just a quick update, well a kinda of update, DWP phoned me this morning phone rang for 19seconds! Which in the grand scheme of things didn’t give me time to answer🙄! They left a message saying they will call back again this afternoon, no call as of yet! Or tomorrow morning, the waiting game is very annoying! Sincere apologises for the rant!!

No phone call yesterday afternoon, or today very frustrating I ended up calling them an hour and five minutes I was on hold for only to be told zilch!!!

Update 28th April, eventually received phone call from DWP overpayments dept, it would seem that I was slightly over last year, however, once I explained the whole of what occurred last year, the advisor completed an MR over the phone and said that they would submit before finishing up today!

Now my claim for IR-ESA (WRAG) is still very much active, which means I will continue to be in receipt of it! I mentioned about receiving my migration notice and how does it go with regards to the MR, they said that it doesn’t affect that and to go ahead with the process once I’m ready too! They said that I should still be entitled to the LCW component of UC! They did mention that I may be better off on UC compared to ESA! So they were helpful, which did surprise me slightly, but the wheels are now in motion, whether the MR is successful is yet to be seen!
