ESA to UC Migration- Filling out the Health Questions was created by Ecco
I am filling out the form for managed migration ESA to UC
When it comes to the question " Are you receiving, recovering from or expecting to receive any medical treatments?
Do I need to list the medications that I take everyday or does this refer to hospital/outpatient treatment.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Ecco
Welcome to the forum.
You might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum.
Don't forget to check out our guide to help you complete the UC50 form: www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/?dlp=67fec23b3b73f.
On page 7 of the UC50 form you can list all your medications, don't forget to also list any side effects you get from taking the medication.
