Hello,

Please can you advise me whether the Deadline Day is:

1) The date by which I need to start the claim (i.e. register and open a UC account).
2) The date by which I must finish the claim (i.e. sign the declaration and submit the form)?

You should hit the Submit button on or before the Deadline day which is given on your Migration letter.
