I have just had the most horrific experience with the Help to claim line run by the Citizens Advice. I rang yesterday asking if they could do a calculation to see if I would be worse off. Without speaking the advisor transferred me to DWP. I hung up as wanted independent advice. This is not independent. I tried again today and I am now sitting in floods of tears. The person was so aggressive barking orders at me. Treated me like I was worthless. Impatient, aggressive,bullying. I cannot take anymore as dealing with UC migration,pip review and being removed from GP surgery for being too unwell so cannot access medical records or appointments
