I know this subject has been covered numerous times. However, I am very anxious about the online claim form I have set myself a date to complete it but wanted to know exactly what ID is accepted. I have passport, rent bill, bank statement. Will this suffice? Also I assume you send them in as uploads after photographing them?? Also, is there somewhere on the form that allows you to confirm and make it clear that I will be entitled to the transfer top up?? Thanks
I cannot help with the "exactly" part of your question. You will need to consult the Citizens Advice Help to Claim service. That is what it is there for and their phone number is on page 2 of your Migration letter.
