Hi,

I am trying to assist my brother get prepared as he has been on DLA for many years and we know he will sometime soon be transferred to PIP.

My question is he lives alone, so does he still answer the relevant questions that he needs assistance with descriptors, even though there is no one there to provide it?

Yes, he should explain that he needs help even if he lives alone. I hope that you have the time to look through the Guide to PIP claims and reviews.
