Possibly completely mucked up uc claim

I’m currently in a MH crisis& awaiting to be seen (5 week wait) by a psychiatrist.
Last week decided to phone uc phone line to ask if am entitled to carers element just acknowledged on my claim but not for financial gain as am in ESA & in support group.
In 3rd phone call to them they may have accidentally & momentarily removed my don from my claim.
During 4th phone call agent could hear how freaked out I was etc so to reassure me even though he said my son was still in my claim he’d go through my sons details again for my reassurance.
I realised a day or two later I’d given incorrect start date of his college course last year & course title.
I’ve been crazily writing things in my journal & calling uc too.
I’ve now been told they cannot verify my don’s details so they need me to do this by adding his start date of his college course last year but through change of circumstances.
I’m terrified by doing it this way that I’ll lose my Transitional Protection payments as I’ve read online that verifying things like this/change of circumstances will make me lose TP.
I’m speaking via phone to my Case Worker tomorrow as I said I need support.
I have spoken call booked with a Benefits Advisor from CAB on 14th.
I cannot afford to lose £200 a month TP payment.
Help! Please advise.

Thanks for replying.
He’s 17 & in full time non advanced education. Date of birth 04/12/07-he’ll be 18 at beginning of December.
He leaves current course on 26th June & enrolls on new course 21st August in different college again non advanced education.
He receives PIP at enhanced rate for daily living & mobility.
Gutted I could have completely mucked up my successful managed migration to uc November 2024 now. Nothing has changed I said then he was in full time education-it’s my rapidly declining MH & Anxiety that has caused this when everything was fine.
Stupidly was following an enquiry that was suggested to me via an Autism Charity worker (although she had said check with CAB but when hadn’t spoken to CAB in a moment of madness I called uc last week to find out about Carers Element.
If things like TP are removed & I see this is my statement before payment is made a few days later can someone like a Case Worker get things reversed/reinstalled on claim?

He received pip at enhanced level for both daily care & mobility.
Everything was fine-I’d had a successful managed migration to uc. Now through my crisis I’ve potentially lost us at the very least TP payments.
When I migrated in November 2024 id have had to tell them he was in full time education wouldn’t I?
I’m am absolutely terrified how I may have affected our claim financially through my stupidity. I’ve never been this chaotic over finances & benefits-I’m just in crisis.

Also, when my statement is generated prior to payment if things on are missing, ie TP can a caseworker correct things & get them readded if they’ve been removed when they shouldn’t have because of my chaos?
