I had my pip assessment, it wasn’t the grilling I expected. The assessor was professional and pleasant.
I had a telephone buddy taking notes
At the end of the assessment the assessor said ‘ I would normally require a functional test, however I am concerned about your fatigue. I said I am in too much pain as I was in a flare. She was happy with me not doing the test. My telephone buddy said I can refuse. It won’t be held against me. At the time I wasn’t concerned about it as the assessor seemed happy about it. I am now concerned the DWP authorities will hold it against me, even though the assessor was great about it Thank you
It's doubtful the DWP will hold it against you. It was the judgment call on the assessor's part who didn't push it for perfectly good reasons. Try not to think about it.
