First thing is look at your overall DWP payments, then UC will inform you what they will pay and what is to be deducted by ESA' The formula is weekly amount x 52 divide by 12 for UC. It states in there how much UC r to deduct.. The PROBLEM being ESA do not use the same formula, so the deduction on UC cannot possible be right. ESA should do the same formula ESA x 52 divide by 12, then pay Calender Month. Pass it over to UC to pay in ONE payment each month. I am taking ESA to FIRST Tier Tribunal because i am pissed off with Journal responses. I have found out Journal statements can be deleted and bits added on. My Journal statement was deleted. I now take photographs before submitting, that is how i know what they do. Its great being a detective, but they won't win, because i hold all the cards. I had already referred to Mandatory reconsideration re Support Group £140.55 a week and they agreed, so already half way there re the First Tier Tribunal. They are so Thick. I will keep you informed, they have until the 18th November to reply, but getting ready for FTT Have done one before against the DWP and Won. Best of Luck to you all.

UC and ESA not compatible. UC use a 'formula' Weekly amount x 52 divide by 12. UC state ESA deductions £609.05. If in a support group £140.55 x 52 =£7308.60 divide by 12 = £609.05 EXACTLY what ESA tell UC to deduct. BOTH US and ESA must use the same FORMULA x52 divide by 12. PAID per Calender MONTH.
How can it be made so complicated. ESA are the PROBLEM , but UC continue you regardless.
