I have received a migration letter I am on ESA in the support group and receive the severe disability premium. I have read somewhere people in my position don't have to migrate to UC. Can anyone advice me on this matter and tell me what the rules surrounding this?
I'm not sure where you read that. I think you have been mis-informed and you will need to complete the migration process. Many of our members are in the support group and have a severe disability premium and have already migrated across.
