Hi

I have migrated from ESA income related to UC , I applied within the deadline , it has been 5 weeks and they are paying me 0. I have not been awarded my transitional protection what can i do? Any advice please/

We have heard that there is a separate team who award the transactional protection and that they are behind with claims. It will happen. You can always query it in your journal

Unfortunately there are delays in adding the LCWRA and transitional protection. I think that this because DWP don't have enough staff.
