Hi again - just about to report the change of circumstances now.
Can I ask, what should I expect in terms of continuing payments while the change in curcumstances is being assessed? Do the claimant's existing benefit payments continue, or do they stop it until they have completed the reassessment?
Until a decision has been made you should continue to receive your normal payments. If you are successful then your award will be backdated to the date of your phone call. If you are unsuccessful and loose your award then it will be from the date of the decision.
If you do loose your award you can ask for a mandatory reconsideration and then appeal.
