I was told by a DWP case manager to say: "no change" for the activities on the 2025 version of AR1 form, as already in receipt of the enhanced rate for both components, and due to a known degenerative, progressive & incurable disability. This completely goes against your advice. I'm interested to hear what others think?

You have to do what feels right for you. The guide explains why we don't think people should write 'no change' without any further explanation, but the guide does say there are people who do it, and it has been fine. It's a choice you have to make for yourself.
