The original March 2025 was adjourned because the panel stated these should have been provided as evidence which they then were. I have today twice spent 50 minutes waiting to speak to the DWP, twice connected and spoken agents who then spoke to case managers. Twice as I was being put through to the case manager the call was disconnected. Monday I shall try again and perhaps request whatever call records they have from today.
OK. So Friday afternoon was a write off! Two 50+ minute hold times, two conversations with initial agents, explained situation and on both occasions they put me on hold to speak to a case manger got back to me and said they would transfer and on both occasions I was cut off. So Monday morning will be interesting!
