Hi,
I have received a message from my doctor instructing to book n appointment for an 'Annual Long Term Condition' Review. I have a 1st appointment booked for bloods to be taken, then an appointment a week later for the review.

I am really stressed and anxious about the upcoming appointment/review. Does anyone have any advice as to what kind of questions will be asked, how this can affect my Chronic Illness PIP award. Any help or advice would be very welcomed.
Thank you

Hi LJM

I don't know whether any member will be able to tell you of their experience of something similar - but this is an internal GP thing and not related to your PIP award.

If it’s like my surgery it is just a check up with a health care assistant to tick the box you have been seen by the practice for a prescription review. The doctor checks 5he blood results before the appointment. BP is takenand a weight check. That’s all.
