Hi, I was downgraded at Christmas for high rate care and mobility. I submitted my appeal to the tribunal service in march. Late this afternoon the DWP have text me to say that they want to speak to me at 9am tomorrow morning. I’m on holiday at the moment and don’t have any access to my notes etc. what do you think the agenda is here? It’s too late to phone them now. Is this another of their tricks? I don’t really have any choice but to speak to them now I guess.
