hi mods, can someone clarify this query for me please, i have just read in the guides that agents working on the managed migration of esa to uc have guidance to issue exclusions or deferrals to claimants due to their personal circumstances. and after reading the falling into the exclusion / deferral category list i find myself in the deferrals group as a claimant who has an appointee so does this mean i may not be migrated in the near future, i have still not received any migration notice from dwp yet or am i just being hopeful , many thanks.
Unfortunately as a claimant with an Appointee according to DWP rules they are not allowed to discuss any Benefits issues with you at all. Any discussion must be with the Appointee. So I suggest your Appointee makes the appropriate enquires and can then post on this forum.
