Good morning every one. I need clarification about my husband paying me 50 pound towards council tax bill a month I was speaking to David yesterday he did ask me if I was on uc am not on universal I receive esa and pip contributions I just need to know if its okay for him to pay this amount into my account or not thank you

If you are on Contributions Based ESA then it is allowed and if you are getting Income Based ESA it is allowed as your husband would be part of the claim.

A husband is always included in a Benefit claim for means tested Benefits. So you cannot be in receipt of them. I hope this explains.
