Not too sure what I’m doing, I’ve never done anything like this, I recently got my PiP review forms, I’m autistic and never applied for pip, I got it through my LCWRA assesment. I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing, if anyone could offer any help, advice or anything like that it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance
Did anyone help fill out your form and give you a copy? It would help if you had that information.
There is a Guide to PIP Claims and Reviews, which will help you fill out the review form. The review information starts at page 128 - but if you are unfamiliar with PIP you should start at the beginning of the guide and familiarise yourself with each question.
