I won double enhanced pip award at tribunal last month ( for 17 months) from initial zeros from DWP DM's. This was awarded whilst awaiting second claim, apparently processed yesterday. ( No gaps between award and claim 2)
Any comments would be greatly appreciated, I'm like a cat on hot tin roof!!!
So glad to hear that you have won the enhanced PIP from zero. That is good and I hope if you haven't received the backdated award you will do very shortly.
I'm surprised to hear that your second claim was processed yesterday. That is good - but I can't really comment, because the situation was so complicated for you (through no fault of yours). I hope this is going to be resolved shortly and you get the outcome that you are hoping for. I assume you will be receiving written notification very soon.
