I rung PIP this morning to request a copy of my previous review form. I managed to find pages 10 to 24 on my PC but no idea where pages 1 to 9 are. I'm extremely stressed at present due to my health, my husband being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, I'm undergoing tests for cancer myself & migrating esa to uc, my brain fog is off the scale.
So the copy of my previoys review is being posted, 5/10 working days, my new review form was posted on 19th July & todays the 28th & still dont have it & the date its due back is the 19th august impossible for me to do, as I need my support worker who as limited days to work & my GP is doing a full supporting letter. So the man said I can only ask for an extention once I recieve the form.
I'm so stressed I just feel like everythings hitting me at once & no energy to cope
