Will the 4 point rule apply to current PIP recipients when it's time for a revie was created by Jane*G*

I understand that the 4 point rule won't now apply to current PIP recipients, my question is in regards to reviews for current recipients - will the 4 point rule then apply? I'm so confused 😕
