Hi, Your guides have been very useful in helping me fill out my UC managed migration form but I am disturbed to see that some unfortunate people migrating from Support group have not been given their LCWRA status. If this happens to me what would my options be? I would be frightened to ask for a Mandatory Reconsideration because wouldn't that give them the 'right' to look at the whole claim again, stop it entirely, ask for a WCA etc. What other options are there?
