Hi , I am in the Support Group ESA currently and have until 20th August to switch until UC. I am confused as to what the agreement is with the UC claim - will I have to sign something saying I am undertaking looking for work, even though they know, and I know, I am unable?
Also, re. The tenancy agreement, mine is a rolling agreement and is from 10 years ago and will say the original amount which is a lot less than the current amount- it has been updated every year with the council as it increases with the official letter from the landlord - will they (the council) take this into consideration? Or do I need another letter from my landlord?
