A few years ago I was had a back payment of 24K. It was disregarded. I moved to UC recently. I had spent money and only had 20K. I received a letter UC is going to disregard 20K for the length of my claim. I have 2 weeks to challenge this. Surely it should be 24K. Are they pulling a fast one? Advice appreciated.
