Hello, just received the bundle of papers today after DWP responded, do they always use the wording "I oppose this appeal and ask the tribunal to dismiss this appeal" or is this standard wording?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Hi rjp550381_11
It's just standard wording. If they didn't oppose it, they would be saying they were incorrect in their judgment.

Thank you for your reply, it seems to be the case where living with Aspergers (my son) and the challenges he faces each day can just disappear 16 years later, not looking forward to it but we will hopefully be prepared.

Hi rjp550381_11
In my experience, many assessors have little understanding of conditions such as Asperger's, whereas the majority of the Tribunal panels are more knowledgeable and sympathetic.
