UC Migration was created by speo77
My migration to UC went without any problems as far as I can tell . I have received my first statement and my HB has been included and paid direct to my landlord, LCWRA included and transitional protection.
My only query is I have been put on new style ESA which is paid fortnightly at £281.10 and deducted at a rate of £609.05 monthly from my UC . Obviously the 2 payments of new style ESA do not add up to £609.05 ? So is the deduction higher because of the monthly Vs fortnightly thing and it works out the same over a year .
Bit confused ?

Hi speo77
Yes you are correct in your thinking. The DWP work out the daily rate of NS ESA and then deduct that from your monthly UC payment.
If you have the time I would look at this information about how to read your UC statements from the charity CPAG.
