My son is migrating from ESA to UC. Now got to have phone call as he's got to claim New Style ESA Commitment as well? Can anyone tell me what this phone call is about please. Is there a Support group in the New Style ESA and will they be asking lots of health questions? Also I am his appointee can I talk to them as it's difficult for him he'll be too nervous? Any help be good thanks so worried about phone call it says in UC Journal call is for 30 mins
I have answered your other questions but I could add that you could use the phone call to request that they close the New Style ESA claim as previously mentioned.
