Has anyone else experienced an employee from a housing association assisting them with their benefit claims and not making them aware of premiums etc and therefore forcing them into financial hardship because they aren't advising them correctly? .Welfare Assistant Officers I believe they are called.
Housing Associations do have Financial Inclusion officers and also employ support workers. If one has made mistakes then you can report this to the Housing Association Tenancy Support officer.
