I believe my PIP award is up for review in February (2026), just four months away now.

I've not received any communication from DWP about a review.

Should I ring them and enquire why I've not received a review form or is it better to keep schtum and assume it's being extended (because they're working through their notorious backlog of reviews)?

I would personally, just to be on the safe side, because you've no idea if they've sent it in the post, and it's got lost or damaged. I think if anything, it'll put your mind at rest.
