Sorry David I can’t see all of that message. Does it say the transitional element has been counted as income & it shouldn’t have been?

Thanks

Hi Bud

It would be a good idea to delve a little deeper and find out why. Is it because your Transitional Element is being counted as income or the disabled person's disregard has been reduced or the UC LCWRA element is being counted as income?

Hello David

Would it be because before migration it was CB ESA & IR ESA, but since migration it’s NS ESA & UC & they can take UC but couldn’t with the previous income?

Just a thought.

Thanks for that

Hello David

We’ve both done the CTR, & it states that we are to pay full CT.

My H rang them & the recent bill of almost £600, is for 3 months only. They will bill us again in April, it will be full CT.

I think it was to be expected really as I read on B&W that some of us on legacy benefits migrating to UC will be worse off. That is the very reason that they change the rules every so often.

Thanks David

Hi Bud

Do you have a local Advice agency who could coordinate a complaint about this as I expect hundreds of disabled people are being affected?
