2nd PIP Review Question was created by DavroT
Hi, this is maybe a bit premature but I am expecting my 2nd PIP review in the next couple of months (last one in 2022 advised to re-review around this time 2025).

Last time around I sent off a "no change" form but provided lots of information still, about how my conditions impact me daily on the form. For each section I wrote about 1-3 pages of information/examples (as well as a lot of supporting info). I ended up having my award renewed without an assessment or any follow-up.

My question is: once this latest review does begin, would it be okay to send the same answers, but with maybe updated examples? Or would I have to re-write all of my answers from scratch completely, despite there being no change again?

Many thanks

Hi DavroT

The Review form is slightly different from the one you last filled in - so look out for that. Having said that, you can use the same answers with up-to-date information if it fits the new questions. Do have a look at the guidance that can be found on page 128 onwards of the Guide to PIP Claims and Reviews

Thank you, BIS.

I really appreciate you taking time to answer my question, and this is a bit of a relief too. I will update with any new information, and provide more recent examples for each section. But it is good to know that I don't have to write every answer from scratch.
