We have just completed the migration process for our severely disabled daughter from income support to Universal credit and all seems ok She has received 2 small payments as well as Universal credit which I assume is esa new style Today I have received a text message to say we have a telephone conversation about the new ESA IS this a genuine message as I thought things were all sorted. Always a bit wary of text messages. Has anyone else received the same notification to take part in a call
Check your journal for any messages, if you are still unsure contact the UC helpline: 0800 328 5644/5646/9344 and ask. There are a number of spam messages going around.
