You can make an online telephone application with Citizens Advice Help to Claim, you can contact an adviser through their free Help to Claim phone service. Advisers are available 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday:

Scotland: 0800 023 2581
Wales: 08000 241 220
Depending on your circumstances, DWP do offer an online service, but only in limited circumstances, speak to a Help to Claim adviser for advice.
