Hi,

What exactly is the 12 digit ref number on the migration letter for?

Do I have to enter it anywhere when starting to fill in my online application, as Ive started filling in form and cannot see where to enter etc?

Or is it just a ref number to communicate via phone etc?

I have no idea, when applying for UC you do not need a reference number, but if you may need it if you apply for transitional protection.
